Item arrived on time. A staple in one of the frames was not in properly but was easily solved. I had another problem which i e.mailed customer services about. I was impressed with the response time (2 hrs). Problem solved. I will use them again.

I really like the pictures. I first mounted the pictures about 1 inch apart as this was the distance I thought they had been designed for. However, the individual images were not lining up correctly. So, I made a number of adjustments settling on 5/16 inch separation. This turned out to be just right for the medium-sized set of pictures. The overall picture looks better with 5/16 inch separation than it would have if the images had lined up with 1 inch separation.
Randy and Gary are an amazing duo!!! The customer service that Randy provided was remarkable and communication was excellent. Gary did an amazing job at fixing the flaws that my orginal upload had and the quality was top notch!!! I have nothing but great things to say about service and quality this company provided!!

I like this print. This is the extra large size. The colors are vibrant (though there's a bit of glare in the pic). I would give it 4 stars, because it's a lower-res photo that's been blown up to the canvas size, and it is noticeably blurry, but GotItHere's customer service was so good that I'll give it an extra star.

I use the Large 5 panel canvas print to display some of my travel photos. My previous supplier had raised their prices. So I found GotItHere.com that had the same 5 panel selection for less than my other supplier. I ordered one as a test case and was so pleased by the results, that I immediately ordered 3 more prints using different travel photos. Photo quality is great! The only drawback is the panels are only 10mm thick instead of the previous supplier's 3/4 inch so they don't stand off the wall as much. The packaging was super protective ant took a while to work through all the protective layers but the end results were well worth it.

Everything I anticipated. This print is great and really adds to the room. It helps that the owner is a retired AirForce Col and a huge fan of that aircraft. The only thing that would make this better is if it were printed on metal, but that doesn’t take away from the product being great.
